About the Role
The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for developing new customer sales and managing existing customer relationships to facilitate the growth and profitability of the Company. The successful candidate will be committed to the highest level of integrity, trust, and responsibility, bring a hands-on approach to day-to-day operations, and exhibit strong leadership, planning, and management skills.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop strategies for customer management, including monitoring and managing major customer issues and negotiating pricing and other commercial/contract issues.
- Identify and penetrate customers within the Company's defined market strategy, manage the quotation process, and develop and manage the sales strategy for each opportunity.
- Provide sales forecast and marketing development information for business planning and long-term strategic planning activities.
- Participate in every aspect of new product launches and support corporate sales objectives.
