IT Support Administrator (onsite)

Precision Resources, a division of the Trimarc Group Inc., is currently searching for an experienced IT Support Administrator for one of our clients in the Savannah, GA area. This is a Permanent Position requiring the individual to work onsite daily. The candidate will be integral to provide high-quality technical support and software troubleshooting to ensure optimal computer management within the organization.

Summary of Position :

Minimum 5 year experience supporting a Windows enterprise environment

Core responsibilities will include addressing user issues, managing tickets, and supporting LAN and VPN connectivity.

Support of all company PC hardware and software, mobile devices, peripherals, network equipment, servers, telephony and applications.

Respond timely and support users as required onsite, over the phone, through email and remote

Manage user accounts with working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, Entra and Intune

Familiarity with computer networking, VPN, and TCP protocols

Experience supporting O365

Manage, document and update support tickets using ManageEngine ServiceDesk

Install desktop / Laptop, printers / scanners, and other peripheral software using approved tools.

Requirements :

US Citizenship or Green Card

Ability and desire to work onsite

Successfully complete drug test and background check

Compensation & Benefits :

65,000 to $70,000 depending on experience
