As an Armed Security Officer at Precision Security Team, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for the public at your assigned location. Your responsibilities will include addressing security concerns and handling requests as needed to ensure the safety and satisfaction of clients and the community.

Your schedule would be 12 : 00 am-8 : 00 am, days to be determined, for a total of 40 hours. Please do not apply if this shift does not work with your availability.
Candidates with prior military or law enforcement experience are preferred.
Critical Roles of the Position :
Professional Firearms Proficiency : Must be qualified to carry a firearm for professional security purposes, maintaining a strong understanding of safe handling, usage, and legal requirements.
Report Writing Expertise : Demonstrated ability to create clear, concise, and accurate professional reports, including incident and after-action reports, adhering to proper documentation standards.
Technological Competency : Proficient with computer systems and software, including report management tools, email communication, and basic office applications.
Adaptability to Varied Shifts : Comfortable working night and swing shifts, with the flexibility to adjust to operational needs and varying schedules.
De-Escalation Expertise : Skilled in de-escalation techniques, particularly for situations involving displaced individuals, mental health crises, or challenging corrections-related encounters.
Effective Team Communication : Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members, relay critical information, and maintain seamless operational collaboration.
Respond to Alarm Activations : Quickly and effectively respond to alarm calls, investigating the cause, assessing potential threats, and taking appropriate action to resolve the situation or escalate it to the proper authorities.
Precision Security Team or the client can assign other duties to you as necessary at any time.
Mandatory Qualifications :
- Possess a current valid driver's license.
- Clean driving record with no major driving infractions within the past 5 years, and no more than 3 minor driving infractions within the past 3 years.
- Ability to obey all traffic law, signs, and regulations at all times, especially when driving a company vehicle.

Pay : This W2 position pays $23.00 / hour. Employees who work 30 or more hours a week are eligible for health benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life, accident, and hospital indemnity insurance.
