Our F100 client located near Cleveland, OH is looking for a detail-oriented and energetic IT Contracts and Vendor Management Analyst for a REMOTE, 12-month contract-to-hire position.
They are searching for someone to help with their backlog of IT procurement and RFP work - they're looking for a versatile resource who is comfortable working with a variety of IT vendors and business executives in order to understand technology roadmaps and comply with inventory control processes. This role requires good experience and understanding of the full IT procurement process, but more specifically the ability to initiate and lead multiple RFPs at once. Please note, while this is a fully remote position, candidates must be able to generally follow an EST schedule.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Working with the RFP Team and IT Project Management Team (primarily on software RFPs, but could be other hardware as well)
- Responsible for multiple projects and will work on the contract as it goes through the end-to-end sourcing and procurement life cycle.
- Handling all administrative tasks as required (updating Coupa, Excel spreadsheets, Status Updates, Reporting, etc.)
- Building vendor relationships with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., vendors, business and platforms)
- Scheduling demos of software products
- Coordinating meetings with cross-functional teams to foster collaboration with different teams for introducing a new product internally
- Building and maintaining the RFP scorecard
- Collaborating with various Stakeholders, Security, Risk, and Legal
- Helping to guide the team to procure and implement the technology required

Essential Skills:
- Sourcing experience with Technology (primarily software)
- Ability to research and maintain awareness of emerging technology terms and concepts
- Technically proficient: Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, One Note, Coupa
- Ability to manage and maintain vendor relationships
- Skilled at negotiation
- Time management
- Procurement project management skills
- Listening, verbal and written communications skills with the ability to present information to internal teams
- Ability to manage negotiations for multiple contracts concurrently.
- Ability to adapt to new situations and learn quickly
