At Precision Tune Auto Care of North Carolina we offer our customers a one stop solution for all of their automotive maintenance and repair needs (a true dealer alternative). As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for greeting customers in a friendly manner, developing relationships, and exceeding all expectations.
You will help greet customers, answer the phone, write tickets and cash out customers. This role can be learned.
Qualifications / Requirements include:
- 2 years customer service / retail experience a big plus
- Excellent communication skills on phone and in person
- An outgoing friendly personality
- Automotive experience helpful, but not required
- Ability to multi-task in a customer focused retail environment, while ensuring accuracy of work
- Good computer and phone skills
- Ability to effectively communicate well verbally and in writing
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays
- Be able to pass background check
- Valid driver’s license or ID
- High school degree or GED preferred
