We are seeking a skilled Shop Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction management and possess strong leadership abilities to oversee shop operations effectively.
Duties
- Manage and coordinate shop activities
- Read and interpret blueprints for construction projects
- Conduct construction estimating and project scheduling
- Supervise construction site operations
- Utilize software such as Primavera, HeavyBid, ProCore for project management
- Oversee pipeline projects
- Handle schematic drawings and blueprint reading
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times
Experience
- Proven experience in a Shop Supervisor or similar role
- Proficiency in Primavera, HeavyBid, ProCore, and other relevant software
- Strong understanding of construction processes and procedures
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of project scheduling and construction estimating
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
