What are the responsibilities and job description for the Division 12- Window Blinds Specialist position at Precision Walls?

We are seeking experienced Division 12 - Window Blinds Specialist in commercial work which includes but not limited to visual displays, wall protection, blinds, roller shades and numerous other miscellaneous items.
Significant Responsibilities:
- Understands how to install blinds and roller shades
- Experience with all types and ranges of commercial Items
- Measures and marks surface to hang work according to blueprints and drawings
- Inspects wall surfaces for imperfections .
- Ability to work independently on jobsites
- Oversee less experienced installers/laborers
- Coordination with GC and other subcontractors regarding project expectations
- Competent to instruct and inspect a quality produced Installation.
- Identify/Resolve conflicts in site-specific conditions prior to road blocks in plan
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements/ Experience:
- Must have 3 years of experience and skills to perform.
- Has the experience to be safe with baker scaffolding, and ladders
- Positive attitude and commitment to acquire trade knowledge and quality excellence
- Compliant with safety procedures
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Demonstrates solid verbal and written communication skills; listens to instruction
- Dependable Transportation
- Blinds and electronic blinds experience
- Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish)
