Responsibilities Include:
- Perform fabrication tasks related to stone slab surfaces such as cutting, polishing, welding, and applying adhesives.
- Read and interpret basic dimensional drawings to determine specifications and requirements.
- Operate and maintain various tools and equipment including hand tools, bridge crane, and forklift.
- Conduct basic math calculations to measure and cut materials accurately
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time
-Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
-Ability to load and unload stone materials from and to carts, CNC tables, trucks, trailers, cabinets, etc. using ramps, stairs, and uneven surfaces.
- Valid Washington State Driver's License
Skills:
- Familiarity with operating hand tools and fabrication equipment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements
- Basic math skills for calculations related to fabrication work
Note: Prior experience in fabrication or carpentry related field is helpful. The ability and desire to learn new skills, be assertive, follow all safety protocol, and prioritize tasks is essential for success in this role.
