JOB PURPOSE:
As a Custom Cabinet Designer and Project Manager, you will work individually with homeowners, builders, and contractors to plan and manage custom cabinet layouts, countertops, pre-finishing, designs, pricing, installation, payments, and all necessary follow-up after each project is complete. Although one of your goals will be to solicit builders, remodelers, and contractors for new sales opportunity, we are NOT looking for a salesperson, we are looking for professionals.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Have Fun
- Building Strong relationships with our existing clients generating future referral business
- Planning, Designing and Preparing Detailed Cabinet Drawings
- Measure each project onsite with speed and accuracy
- Manage each project from beginning to end
- Must be able stand for long periods of time and on occasion, lift up to 25 lbs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge and Skills

- Knowledge of cabinet design trends and styles a plus
- Strong creative ability
- Excellent Presentation and Interpersonal Skills
- Strong focus on exceptional customer service paired with revenue goals
- Well Organized and self-directed with Attention to Detail
- Computer Literacy | Background with Cabinet Vision a plus
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands
- Should have the ability to read and understand architectural plans
Education & Work Experience
- High School Graduate | Bachelors’ Degree or Certification in Kitchen and Bath Design a plus
- Reasonable Tenure with prior Employers expected
