Job Summary
We’re looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to oversee and grow our brand’s presence across key social media platforms. This role will focus on promoting on promoting our products, sales events, brand and institutional campaignswhile fostering community engagement. The ideal candidate is a billiards enthusiast (or eager to learn), has a strong background in social media marketing, and is skilled in creating compelling content that resonates with our audience.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals and marketing campaigns.
- Manage and optimize brand presence on Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure seamless integration of social media with product launches, promotions, and institutional campaigns.
- Work with approved templates and synchronization with ecommerce about launches and sales campaigns.
Content Creation & Community Engagement
- Plan and publish engaging, high-quality content, including images, videos, stories, and reels.
- Foster an active and engaged online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-aligned manner.
- Monitor and amplify user-generated content (UGC) to strengthen brand authenticity.
Campaign Management
- Lead organic social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and objectives.
- Execute campaigns for institutional initiatives
Analytics & Performance Optimization
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (engagement, growth, conversions, ROI).
- Use insights to optimize content strategy, improve reach, and enhance audience engagement.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to keep Predator Group ahead of the curve.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in sports, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Proven track record of growing social media accounts and executing high-impact campaigns.
- Strong content creation skills, including writing, basic graphic design, and video editing.
- Knowledge of social media analytics toolsMeta Business Suite / Google Analytics etc..
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and sales teams.
