Predl Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Rehab Specialist in our Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitaion Division which focuses on the rehabilitation of Wastewater Structures utilizing our proprietary lining systems. PREDL utilizes advanced technology in our rehabilitation program thus the right candidate must be willing and able to learn new processes, procedures and equipment as well as having a vast base of prior skillsets and experience. This position is a very independent position which will require extensive traveling throughout the USA and Canada on a regular basis. In this position, the applicant will play a vital role in training contractors/utilities to rehabilitate sanitary sewer structures with the occasional need to perform the rehabilitation themself with support from their colleagues. The applicant will be required to perform various construction tasks that require the ability to analyze the situation and determine how best to move forward in a competent manner. The applicant should be proficient and well-versed with many hand tools, power tools, measurement devices, math and basic geometry. We are looking for an ambitious candidate with a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, with leadership capability.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare products/tools/equipment for projects.
- Install/train others to install proprietary lining system.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet our standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment and materials are properly stored and maintained.
- Perform general construction duties, jack hammering, cutting, grinding concrete/brick, mixing grout, welding plastic.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, reporting any issues or concerns promptly.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in underground utility repair
- Strong working knowledge of power tools and saws
- Eagerness to learn and grow with our company.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to think independently and efficiently.
- Ability to lift 50lbs and operate equipment safely.
- Strong communication skills.
