Our team is looking for an Office Manager Lead to head up our team of office managers and reception staff! If you have the ability to resolve issues, act as a liaison between departments, serve as a role model for staff, and provide a motivational environment for the team, then you may be the person we are looking for!
Type : Full-time
Salary Range : $47, 840 - $54, 080 DOE
Position Overview :
In collaboration with other program supervisors, manage hiring, supervision, scheduling, performance evaluations, and training of intake and Office Managers and / or reception staff across the agency
Provide operational supervision to Office Managers
Work cross functionally with other program supervisors in the coordination and delivery of services
Responsible for client confidentiality in all aspects of office operations
Ensure effective telephone and mail communication both internally and externally to maintain professional image across the agency
Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed within agency standards across all intake positions to facilitate payment of all services
Oversee regions to ensure necessary information is provided to business office in order to process claims (i.E. Insurance information, NEAP billing, payments from clients)
Be knowledgeable of organization s Quality Assurance policies and practices
Stay current on required trainings
Perform other job-related tasks as appropriate
Be a liaison between clinical departments
Review and centralize processes
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate :
Previous supervisory experience a must
Previous office management experience a must
Previous training experience preferred
Personable, friendly while also identifying and correcting issues and giving guidance
Be a resource for client services staff
Excellent customer service skills
Positive attitude with the ability to exhibit patience and rationale
