Job Posting: Part-Time Receptionist (4pm - 8pm Daily)
Hours: 4pm - 8pm (Minimum 20 hours per week)
We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team! This is a part-time role where you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. Your positive attitude, strong communication skills, and organizational abilities will help create a welcoming environment for everyone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls, direct them appropriately, and take messages as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide support as necessary
- Perform light office duties such as filing and data entry
- Ensure a smooth flow of daily operations in the office
Qualifications:
- Must have a great personality and excellent communication skills
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Comfortable working with basic office technology (phones, computers, etc.)
