Job Summary
Preferred Care at Home is looking for an office assistant to join our growing team! The right candidate will be organized, have excellent interpersonal skills, and have a background in customer service with scheduling experience.
Responsibilities

Answer and handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.

Oversee and maintain staff/client scheduling.
- Work as a team member with all company departments in a collaborative effort.
- Assist the Director with any necessary administrative tasks.

Ability to multi-task effectively and efficiently.
- Demonstrate a strong attention to detail with the ability to be highly organized and focused to complete tasks.
- Must be able to recognize and respond appropriately to urgent/emergent situations.

Ability to handle confidential information and exercise discretion.

Adheres to policies and procedures and is flexible to changes in duties and responsibilities.
Qualifications

3 years customer service experience (required)
- Proficient in internet-based applications, typing, and Microsoft Office (required)

1 years experience in scheduling (preferred)
