Key Responsibilities include:

Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently organize patient appointments, considering healthcare providers' availability and appointment priorities.

Communication: Interact with patients, healthcare providers, and staff to schedule and confirm appointments. Clearly convey appointment details and instructions to patients.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments using electronic scheduling systems. Update patient information as necessary.

Patient Coordination: Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize the schedule. Address patient inquiries related to appointments, rescheduling, and cancellations.

Follow-Up: Implement a system for timely follow-up calls or reminders to confirm appointments and provide pre-appointment instructions. Assist in rescheduling appointments as needed.

Conflict Resolution: Address scheduling conflicts promptly and work proactively to find alternative solutions. Communicate changes in schedules to relevant parties.

Compensation is commensurate upon education, experience, certification, and internal equity. Hiring compensation range starts from $15.75/hour.
Position Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Proven experience in appointment scheduling or related administrative roles.

Certification in healthcare administration is advantageous.
