What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at Preferred Choice Chiropractic?
Directly responsible for the administrative aspects of a patient population, specifically the scheduling, assisting and directing patients in all administrative aspects of their care; coordinating the referral process and all reporting and documentation functions related to the referral process; and managing patient access to assure maintenance of accurate patient demographics and insurance information and account set up. Assists medical staff in administrative duties. Implements and abides by customer service policies and standards. Assists in preparing patients for treatment performs other diverse duties as requested or required.

Pay: $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
