What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concrete Laborer position at Preferred-Custom Concrete?

This is an entry level position. No skills needed, just a willingness to learn and work hard. There is also rapid room for expansion. Job duties will include but not limited to; carrying forms and lumber, cleaning forms, cleaning tools, helping set forms and pour and finish concrete. This is a team environment, so an ability to work well in a structured team is a must. Need to be able to lift 50 lbs. Tools are a plus, but not necessary to get started.
We are offering a new employee bonus for all new hires. $1000 bonus for all new employees after 90 days of employment.
