Responsibilities:- Optimize office policies and procedures to meet internal needs while upholding our business standards
- 2 years of DENTAL management experience Required
- Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills
- Experience working front office and managing a dental office
- Strong understanding of insurance, billing, and treatment planning
- The desire to build and develop strong leadership skills
- The ability to work closely with doctors to meet office goals
- Review monthly business results, manage profit and loss, align sales plan to support business goals, and create strategies to increase profitability
- Prepare and lead daily huddles with the team to set expectations to optimize patient experience and business performance
- Maintain front-facing relationships with customers, contractors, service providers, and vendors
- Oversee our day-to-day operations, manage administrative assistants, and perform secretarial duties
