Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth: Identify high-value prospective partners and implement targeted strategies to secure and grow new business opportunities.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with hospitals, home health agencies, physician offices, VA network offices, nursing homes, and other healthcare providers.
Education & Advocacy: Deliver compelling presentations to educate healthcare stakeholders on the benefits of our services while identifying opportunities to improve patient outcomes.
Operational Collaboration: Work closely with operational teams to ensure seamless referrals, outstanding partner satisfaction, and an exceptional patient experience.
Customer Support: Provide responsive, high-quality service to partners, resolving inquiries and issues promptly to enhance satisfaction and trust.
Industry Expertise: Stay up to date on regulations, reimbursement policies, and trends within the home-based care industry to maintain a competitive edge.
Partner Growth: Develop and execute plans to expand and deepen existing partnerships while identifying new opportunities for collaboration.
Manage and grow relationships with healthcare clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
Develop and implement account strategies.
Conduct regular reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations.
Prepare and present reports on account performance.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with clients.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
Monitor account metrics and KPIs.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.
Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay informed.
Provide training and support to clients as needed.
Assist in the development of marketing and sales materials.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions.
Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Healthcare account executive experience is strongly preferred (Mobile Wound Care or Home Health Care expertise is a significant advantage).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Ability to travel as needed.
