Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Manager & Maintenance Administrator for a full time role located in Cramerton, NC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing turns and service requests with our team of maintanence vendors, responding to tenant inquiries, and resolving tenant and landlord complaints. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, ability to multitask and keen attention to detail. This position will be responsible for key functions including:
- Manage unit turn work and service requests through to completion, including dispatching of service contractors, job follow up, and internal reporting
- Manage tenant relations, including addressing inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally
- Perform move-out and maintenance walkthroughs at properties
- Communicate effectively with HOAs to resolve compliance issues
- Help accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership of new and different responsibilities and exploring opportunities to add value
- Assist with the daily operations, such as answering the phone, responding to requests, and greeting incoming tenants as needed

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
