What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project & Schedule Manager- Construction trades position at Preferred Office Installations?
Established Lake in the Hills company seeking Project Manager to run multiple projects daily, including scheduling and daily tracking of crews. Fast paced working environment, juggling multiple projects daily, alongside customer needs and correspondence. Mon-Friday 8am to 5pm, with availability by phone during off hours.
Must have experience with multiple crews (Construction trades) with multiple schedules/jobs concurrently in progress. Must be professional and have a high level of direct customer relation skills. Some warehouse/fleet experience is a plus.
Ideal candidate will possess skills such as: ability to manage multiple schedules, strong communication skills, proficient customer service skills, Microsoft office/Excel/Word skills, and a willingness to learn and follow procedure.
This position is 90% in office and 10% field site visits (Chicagoland area and suburbs only). Includes overtime option weekly at $36/hour
