We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused full time Valet Supervisor to lead and oversee our valet team. As the Valet Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the valet service, ensuring excellent guest experiences, maintaining safety protocols, and supervising valet attendants. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that guests feel valued and well-served while maintaining smooth and efficient service.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and Manage Valet Staff: Lead a team of valet attendants, including scheduling shifts, training new staff, and overseeing daily performance. Provide guidance, feedback, and performance evaluations to ensure a high level of service.
Customer Service Excellence: Ensure that all guests receive professional, courteous, and timely service. Address guest complaints and concerns promptly, maintaining a positive and guest-focused atmosphere.
Parking and Vehicle Handling: Oversee the safe and efficient parking and retrieval of vehicles. Ensure that vehicles are parked in an orderly manner, taking care to avoid accidents and damage.
Safety and Security: Enforce safety protocols and procedures, including checking the security of vehicles and ensuring proper handling of keys. Monitor the parking lot for potential hazards or violations.
Monitor Operations: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the valet service, including controlling traffic flow, managing peak periods, and ensuring quick turnover of vehicles.
Maintain Cleanliness and Organization: Ensure valet areas are clean, organized, and free from obstructions. Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of valet equipment, uniforms, and facilities.
Collaborate with Other Departments: Coordinate with restaurant, hotel or venue departments (e.g., front desk, concierge, and security) to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
Inventory and Equipment Management: Track inventory of valet equipment and supplies, ensuring that all items are in working condition and available when needed. Report any maintenance or repair issues as required.
Compliance and Policies: Ensure that all parking and valet policies are adhered to, including adherence to local regulations, insurance guidelines, and company protocols.
Requirements: You must be at least 18 years of age, must have a valid driver's license with at least 3 years driving experience and a clean motor vehicle record. You are required to pass a motor vehicle record check, background check and drug test. The ability to drive a manual transmission (stick shift) is definitely a plus. You have to be willing to work in all types of weather because the positions are outdoors. Strong customer service skills are required.

Schedule:
- 8 hour shifts
- evening shift 3pm-11pm, Tuesday - Saturday
- Holidays and weekends are required
