THIS POSITION IS SEASONAL SPRING - FALL.

TENETIVE START DATE FOR THIS POSITION WILL BE APRIL 1, 2024.

This is completely dependent on the weather; the position may start a little before or after this date.

We are seeking a Laborer for our Asphalt and Grade Crew . In this role you will be responsible for working with our crew to do parking lots and road work.

Responsibilities :

Assist in preparing job site

Help setting up equipment

Maintain a clean job site by sweeping, moving materials, etc.

Preform manual labor tasks such as digging and racking

Any other tasked assigned by Foreman or Supervisor

Report any issues or incidents to leadership

Qualifications :

Previous experience with paving, grade, and or asphalt is preferred but not required

Ability to handle physical workload & lift up to 60 lbs.

Strong work ethic & good attitude

Willing to work long hours during seal coat season
