**DISCLAIMER** THIS POSITION IS SEASONAL SPRING - FALL.
TENETIVE START DATE FOR THIS POSITION WILL BE APRIL 1, 2024.
This is completely dependent on the weather; the position may start a little before or after this date.
We are seeking a Laborer for our Asphalt and Grade Crew. In this role you will be responsible for working with our crew to do parking lots and road work.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing job site
- Help setting up equipment
- Maintain a clean job site by sweeping, moving materials, etc.
- Preform manual labor tasks such as digging and racking
- Any other tasked assigned by Foreman or Supervisor
- Report any issues or incidents to leadership
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with paving, grade, and or asphalt is preferred but not required
- Ability to handle physical workload & lift up to 60 lbs.
- Strong work ethic & good attitude
- Willing to work long hours during seal coat season
