THIS POSITION IS SEASONAL SPRING - FALL.

TENETIVE START DATE FOR THIS POSITION WILL BE APRIL 1, 2024.

This is completely dependent on the weather; the position may start a little before or after this date.

We are seeking an Asphalt Paver Operator . This is a vital role in which you will be responsible for mainly operating the paving machine. Spreading and leveling hot mix asphalt on various projects all over Northern UT.

Responsibilities :

Operating the paver on roads, highways, and parking lots to achieve the desired thickness and width for each project

Maintaining proper grade with various tools and processes

Performing pre-shift inspections of all equipment

Follow all safety procedures

Any other duties assigned by management

Qualifications :

Previous experience with paving, grade, and or asphalt

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Ability to handle physical workload & lift up to 60 lbs.

Strong work ethic & good attitude

Willing to work long hours during paving season
