Description:
This position requires a high level of attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, strong time management abilities, and adaptability under pressure to meet frequent deadlines, strong research skills, ability to work well within a team and communicate well both orally and written.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical work as necessary, included but not limited to answering the telephone, typing reports and correspondence, organizing files, scanning documents, scheduling interview appointments.
Qualifications:
- At least two years general office and bookkeeping experience
- High School Diploma
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills. Deadline and detail-oriented
- Demonstrate high quality communication and interaction with all co-workers.
- Strong math skills
