What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Clerical Specialist Edgefield Campus position at State of South Carolina?
The part-time clerical specialist will work directly with students, faculty, and the general public at the Edgefield County Campus. Responsibilities include answering and routing phone calls, appointment scheduling, monitoring and troubleshooting equipment in interactive classrooms, proctoring test, and other duties assigned. Cross-trained for duties in admissions, financial aid, student records, business office and continuing education. Flexible work schedule available.
An Associate Degree or High School diploma with two years clerical experience is required. Must possess excellent customer service skills and enjoy working with people in a fast-paced environment; can multi-task and prioritize duties as needed; and must be dependable, honest and a self-starterThis is a temporary, part-time position.
