Now for the business end. Here's what you will need to begin:
- CNA License
- CPR (No Online Certifications)
- PPD Stating you are Free from Communicable Diseases Dated within the last 6 months Or Chest X-ray Stating History of Positive PPD
- Driver License or ID, Permanent Resident Card
- High School Diploma or GED
- Social Security Card or Passport or DHS Work Authorization
- HIV Certification (1 hour)
- Assist with Medication Certificate CEU (2 hours)
- Alzheimer Certification from RN.org
- HIPAA CEU
- Auto Insurance (must have your own transportation)
- Resume including 3 References
