Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer support while managing the front desk operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- The primary purpose of this position is to facilitate and coordinate equipment rental transactions from request to delivery and continuing through rental termination and equipment return. Some responsibilities include dealing with customers, coordinating rental requests, creating rental contracts, and directing transportation.
- Initiate & complete contracts and paperwork required to facilitate a transaction.
- Ensure billing is complete and contracts are closed for machines returned from rent.
- Handle transactions for walk in customers and for customers that pick up their machines
- Greet and assist Customers in a warm and welcoming manner.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or helping them set up their equipment rental reservations.
- Maintain an organized front desk area.
- Provide general office management support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
- Familiarity with equipment is a plus but not required.
- Strong computer literacy skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding customer service are essential for success in this role.
