Position Overview:
The Human Resources Admin at Pref-Tech will be responsible for assisting the HR department and employees with any administrative functions including but not limited to:
- Maintaining employee records and updating databases.
- Handle employee inquiries and requests.
- Assisting with the coordination of onboarding including new hire paperwork, arranging schedules and follow ups.
- Assisting employees with benefit plans and questions, processing benefit enrollments and coordination.
- Assisting with audits, reports and overseeing HR data entry to ensure accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Schedule meetings and manage HR calendar.
- Assist with recruitment tasks as needed.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other departments as needed.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- At least 2 years’ relevant administrative experience.
- Previous experience in HR or benefits administration is preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency with Microsoft Office 365 software tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to take on new challenges and build on current skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Work Hours:
Our office hours are from Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., in office.
