Overview: A well established rehabilitation services company is seeking an administrative assistant who will perform a variety of AR and Administrative duties. These duties may include data entry, maintenance of employment records, participating in the billing of clients in a timely and accurate manner. This position is required to remain positive and professional in all interactions. Communications, both verbal and written, will be delivered clearly and in a positive manner. This position is responsible for practicing and upholding the company's mission of exceeding all industry standards and expectations as an employer of choice.
Requirements:
Qualifications: 2-5 Years of experience in an office environment preferred. AR/Collections experienced also preferred.
- The successful candidate must have the following experiences/aptitudes: Excellent customer service, telephone, listening, and verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills: Microsoft suite to include; excel, access, word and power point
- Maintain a professional demeanor and use exceptional judgment in their daily work tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with all levels of the organization and its customers Very detail oriented
- - Must be able to send the right documents at the right time to the right people; must be able to input data into various software systems accurately the first time
- Must be able to recognize and meet all critical deadlines
- Maintain confidentiality to the extreme Significant ability to organize and prioritize tasks and to successfully multi-task
- Perform clerical duties as assigned to include but not limited to: copying, collating, scanning, mailing, shipping, filing
- Manage special projects as assigned
Compensation: 20-25/hour
