A full-time Rehab Team Leader (RD) Occuptional Therapy Assistant position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing facility located in Norwood, MA. Willing and able to float to other local sites as RTL. Leadership experience a plus. Must have experience working in a skilling nursing facility.

Requirements:- Provide daily oversight of rehabilitation services
- Ensure efficient and effective operations of the facility's rehabilitation department
- Provide therapy services to patients
- Provide clinical support, training and oversight of specialty programs within his/her specific discipline.
- Plan and coordinate with other facility therapists in the implementation of programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes
- Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods and data
- Provide administrative supervision of therapists in the rehabilitation department
- Have experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
Compensation: $30.00 - $35.00
