A full-time split Rehab Team Leader (RD) Occuptional Therapy Assistant position is now available splitting between two of our sub-acute/skilled nursing facilities located in Norwood & Holliston, MA. Must have leadership experience.

Requirements:Must possess a current MA Occupational Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible to practice in the state to be employed.
- Provide daily oversight of rehabilitation services
- Ensure efficient and effective operations of the facility's rehabilitation department
- Provide therapy services to patients
- Provide clinical support, training and oversight of specialty programs within his/her specific discipline.
- Plan and coordinate with other facility therapists in the implementation of programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes
- Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods and data
- Provide administrative supervision of therapists in the rehabilitation department
- Have experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
Compensation: $34.00 - $39.00
