SALARY RANGE
$100,000-$120,000; actual compensation within this range will be determined by multiple factors including candidate location, experience and expertise.

Duties & Responsibilities
- CI/CD Pipeline Management:
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation processes.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate CI/CD into development workflows.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process automation and improvement.
- Enforce and implement security measures
- Deployment Oversight:
- Manage and oversee deployments across multiple cloud environments.
- Utilize strategies to ensure high availability, minimal downtime, and efficient rollbacks.
- Ensure that all deployments meet process, performance, quality, security, and business requirements.
- Monitoring:
- Deploy and configure tools to track health and performance of projects and resources.
- Set up alerts and dashboards to proactively address performance, security and reliability issues.
- Analyze monitoring data to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
- Resource Management:
- Assist engineering teams in selecting and implementing cloud resources.
- Develop strategies for scaling resources based on demand and performance metrics.
- Proactively identify and implement opportunities to optimize resource usage.
- Collaboration and Documentation:
- Work with engineering teams to understand project requirements and timelines.
- Document CI/CD and monitoring processes to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Provide training and support to team members on CI/CD best practices and tools.
- Required:
- 3 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or a similar role.
- Expert proficiency with at least one scripting language (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Python).
- Proven experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines from scratch.
- Extensive knowledge of at least one major cloud provider (we use Azure and AWS).
- Advanced knowledge of Git (e.g., branching strategies, rebasing/reverting, diffs, hooks).
- Nice to have:
- Experience with web technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
- Experience with data technologies (e.g., SQL, JSON, XML, RedGate).
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
