Job Title: Full-Time Afternoon Doorman/Concierge
Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, Afternoon Shift
Location: La Jolla
Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional, customer-service-oriented Doorman/Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a welcoming presence at the entrance, assisting residents and guests, and ensuring the security and smooth operation of the building.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet residents, guests, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
Monitor building entrance and control access to ensure security.
Assist residents with packages, deliveries, and transportation needs.
Provide information and assistance regarding building amenities and local services.
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the entrance area.
Coordinate with maintenance and security teams as needed.
Handle resident inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Enforce building policies and procedures to ensure a safe and pleasant environment.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a doorman, concierge, or customer service role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move packages if necessary.
Professional demeanor and appearance.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle emergencies calmly.
Knowledge of security protocols is a plus.
