What are the responsibilities and job description for the Campus Coordinator position at Pregnancy Care Center?

Pregnancy Care Center's (PCC) mission is to save lives and strengthen families. PCC exists to offer hope and help to those facing unplanned pregnancy, many of whom are at-risk youth. PCC's vision is to foster an environment where everyone can reach his or her full potential. In accordance with the Statement of Religious Belief, the Pregnancy Care Center is a Christian ministry. The Campus Coordinator at PCC is primarily responsible for building relationships with students and other stakeholders on college campuses in the Springfield area for the purpose of bringing awareness to Pregnancy Care Center's (PCC's) services, all of which are free and confidential, client service approach.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a similar field is preferred.

Demonstrated campus leadership experience

WHAT WILL I DO?

CAMPUS FOCUS

Create intentional and strategic relationships with students and campus offices on behalf of PCC

Manage and start PCC student organizations on local college campuses

Represent PCC at campus events

Develop marketing strategy for campus outreach

Host students and campus resource staff members for tours of the center

Prepare and give presentations to student groups on topics related to PCC's mission

Oversee the distribution of 417choices pregnancy tests at events and among campus resources

Communicate with all campus inquiries regarding internship and volunteer opportunities

Track interactions with students, faculty, and staff

Perform administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, keeping inventory of giveaways, and managing the Campus Engagement budget line.

ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS

Set-up / tear down booths at events or speaking engagement.

Occasionally speak at events about PCC's approach and outreach on campus.

Provide input on social media campaigns for Choices brand and relevant campus topics.

Assist in developing content for campus related marketing materials.

Provide and maintain current statistics and resources on pro-life and abortion-related issues.

Conduct center tours for volunteers and general inquiries, as needed.

Assist VP and Marketing Director on special projects, as directed.

Provide assistance with events, at the discretion of the VP.
