The Senior Accountant will play a pivotal role in managing financial activities and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment where you will be relied upon for your expertise, professionalism, and collaboration.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Includes consolidation of international subsidiary.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Perform detailed account reconciliations.
- Conduct variance analyses to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor budget performance, investigate variances, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
- Work closely with Revenue Cycle Management team to ensure appropriate revenue recognition.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls.
- Prepare periodic tax filings, including business property, sales, and use and franchise.
- Assist with external audit and tax preparation requests.
- Other duties as assigned, determined by business need.
