What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Dispatcher position at Premier 1 Trucking LLC?
We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting operational functions and ensuring smooth business operations. This position would have a schedule of 0700 pm to 0700 am. It would be on a 4-day rotation.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to drivers for operational purposes
- Communicate effectively with drivers and customers in English and Spanish
- Uphold phone etiquette standards during interactions
- Update our TMS and any customer portals assigned
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and Spanish languages
- Strong analytical skills to interpret operational data
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
