Job Duties :
- Provide assistance to customers relating to concierge service, rental cars and hotel accommodations.
- Confirm catering orders for inbound / outbound flights.
- Provide ground transportation for pilots / customers.
- Answer multi-line company switchboard and route calls accordingly.
- Use Unicom communication system.
- Schedule aircraft arrivals and departures and coordinate with Line Service.
- Maintain scheduling for lobby area and conference rooms.
- Maintain serviceability of aircraft linens and dishware.
- Dispatch and receive fuel orders.
- Enter fuel and service tickets.
- Stock office with supplies.
- Maintain security access to ramp, hangar and offices,
- Adhere to company Policy and Procedure Manual,
- Demonstrate loyalty to company and confidentiality when dealing with and / or communicating with and / or customers, competitors, and vendors.
- Demonstrate professional and positive attitude, especially in adverse situations.
- Maintains Customer Service desk in a clean, professional, safe, and organized manner.
