- Position Type: Full-time, hourly paid position
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
As an Inventory Assistant, you will:
- Manage Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes, ensuring timely follow-through
- Utilize computer software programs for effective inventory management
- Update and maintain inventory records accurately
- Follow up on credits for returns
- Process broken and damaged parts efficiently
- Review and track parts within the inventory management system to ensure accuracy
- Assist the shop team with kitting and verification tasks
- Retrieve and restock parts from inventory as required
- Prepare, clean, package, and wrap materials and returns for shipping prep
- Support shipping duties, including preparing and organizing products for outgoing deliveries
Experience and Qualifications
What You'll Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office
- Experience with inventory management software preferred
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
