Key Duties and Responsibilities

As a Quality Assurance Administrator, you will:

  • Ensure the integrity of manufacturing processes and adherence to quality standards
  • Develop, review, evaluate, and audit manufacturing processes to meet customer quality, functionality, and reliability requirements
  • Update and maintain the company's quality management plans to align with ISO 9001 Standards
  • Conduct and oversee quality audits for the manufacturing floor to ensure compliance
  • Implement monitoring methods to maintain consistent quality in products and processes
  • Work hands-on with the production team to ensure quality processes are followed and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Investigate and address defects, recurring issues, and bugs; recommend and facilitate practical solutions
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and drive quality enhancements

Experience and Qualifications

What You'll Bring:

  • 2–5 years of quality assurance experience with a proven track record in manufacturing or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline
  • Internship or Co-Op experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment is highly valued
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and collaborate across teams
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities to address complex quality issues
  • Excellent time management skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines consistently
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a proactive and decisive approach to problem-solving
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software tools
  • Demonstrated ability to remain composed under pressure while maintaining a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 Standards
  • Knowledge of Gemba, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma principles
  • Understanding of the Kaizen business philosophy
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to our Alpharetta, GA location
