Responsibilities - Internet Sales:
Answer requests for vehicle information, schedule several appointments per day for prospective customers to meet with the dealership's sales staff, confirm and/or reschedule appointments, and more!- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores
- Perform other duties
Qualifications - Internet Sales:
Must have recent automotive sales experience- Internet sales experience preferred
- Energetic, outgoing, and motivated to succeed with excellent customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A good work ethic, customer service, and computer skills
- A positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license
- Must pass pre-employment background check
