The Director of Orthodontic Revenue Cycle Management is a key position within our RCM Division and overall growing operations. The Director is responsible for the maximization of revenue cycle at Premier Care Dental Management. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth and efficient management of insurance-related processes as it pertains to Orthodontic services, including auditing, clinical and medical billing, legal compliance, insurance and patient accounts receivable, claim processing, and appeals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in these areas and be able to lead a team to achieve organizational objectives.
Clinical and Medical Billing :
- Oversee the billing process, ensuring timely and accurate submission of claims for our Orthodontic specialty services.
- Work closely with clinical staff to ensure proper documentation and coding for services rendered.
- Oversee the processing of insurance claims from submission to payment.
- Handle claim denials and appeals, working to resolve issues and secure appropriate reimbursement
- Oversee comprehensive analytics regarding the state of patient accounts receivables including trends, days outstanding, payment variance, and denial issues by source
- Providing guidance amongst team members as needed, leading by example and implementing best practices

Salary Range : $100,000 - $180,000 (plus bonus potential)
