OUR POSITION:- Collaborate with executive leadership, to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals and objectives.
- Drive workforce planning initiatives to ensure optimal staffing levels and skills alignment.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, employee grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee development and enhance organizational performance.
- Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance evaluations and goal-setting.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Working with in-house council and leading appropriate implementation of policy
- Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in HR laws to proactively address potential compliance issues.
- Utilize HR analytics to measure and report on key HR metrics.
- Provide regular reports to executive leadership on HR trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 8 years of progressive human resources experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
- Healthcare industry experience, particularly in dental services, is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into HR initiatives.
- SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.

New York Salary Range: $130,000 - $170,000
