Premier Catering is looking for banquet servers. The ideal employee would be experienced in dining room and banquet service

This role requires a strong focus on guest relations, food handling, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Premier does on and off premise catering, so reliable transportation is a must

This is a part time/on call position with flexible hours

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional image and proper uniform standards.
• Set up banquet tables according to event specifications, proper placement of tableware, decorations, etc.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to food handling and sanitation standards.
• Assist in bussing tables and clearing dishes promptly to maintain a clean dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals and address any guest requests or dietary restrictions.
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the banquet hall, including the kitchen and service stations.
• Ability to follow lead from person in charge

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a banquet or fine dining setting.
• Strong guest relations skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Knowledge of culinary practices and food handling procedures is highly desirable.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and commitment to providing outstanding service are essential for success in this role.
