- Work assigned hours without unauthorized overtime or exceeding billable hours.
Essential Duties
- Responsible for creating and maintaining employee accounts in Premier’s internal software systems.
- Responsible for ensuring that all onboarding tasks are complete and accurate.
- Software Systems Updates Responsible for attaining and updating expiring documents and certifications such as CPR/First Aid, Auto Insurance, Driver’s License, Food Handlers, change of address/phone number.
- DSP Separations- Responsible for finalizing DSP separations.
- Background Checks- Responsible for initiating background checks as needed, updating the system with hire or termination dates and 2-year background rechecks.
- Office Management- Manage phone calls, answer main office phone when Receptionist is out of the office, meetings, emails from all parties, attend assigned meetings, and efficient time management.
- Other Duties- Ability to perform and complete any additional tasks/projects as assigned.

$22-$23 per hour
Education and Experience:
- Basic knowledge of working with the I/DD community preferred.
- Experience in the Human Resources field preferred.
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills using tact, courtesy and cooperativeness.
- Possess effective conflict resolution skills, problem solving skills, deductive reasoning and leadership skills.
- Computer experience, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and ability to use standard office equipment and software.
- Ability to perform basic math functions.
- Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Exercise judgment, resourcefulness, ingenuity, and initiative.
- Ability to perform instruction, monitoring and assessment of the work of others.
- Ability to travel locally.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
1. Valid driver license, car insurance, and reliable transportation required.
Salary : $22 - $23
