We are a general contractor located in Dillsburg, PA and are looking for an Estimator to join our team. Candidate must possess the following attributes :
- Must have a minimum of 5yrs of experience in commercial general construction estimating
- Knowledgeable of all commercial trade standard work practices for all 16 Divisions of Construction.
- Proficient in the following areas :
- Meeting with Owners and or Owners representatives and Architects for Sales and Bid negotiations.
- Excel, Word and online estimating programs
- Preparing scope of work letters for all 16 divisions for submission of Bids.
- Preparing subcontracts and purchase orders.
- Prior in field, hands on work experience a plus
- Should be able to perform tasks with minimal supervision.
- Must possess proven people skills.
- The ability to learn quickly and multi-task.
