The Content Marketing Specialist is a vital part of our expanding marketing team, responsible for shaping Premier Credit Union’s creative and consistent brand voice. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this position will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to produce content that educates, informs, and inspires.
The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic storyteller with a proven ability to craft diverse content types, develop thought leadership materials, and articulate compelling value propositions. They possess a data-driven mindset, exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, and a passion for creating member-centric content that resonates and delivers measurable results.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content framework aligned with the credit union’s evolving brand, mission, and marketing goals.
- Create thought leadership content to position the credit union as an industry leader.
- Develop product marketing content, including crafting clear and compelling value propositions that highlight the benefits and unique features of our products and services.
- Create content themes based on key brand pillars, ensuring consistency and alignment with marketing initiatives.
- Conduct audience research to understand demographics, interests, and challenges to inform targeted content creation.
- Review and proofread content to ensure high-quality, error-free deliverables.
