Our experienced Support Center team assists dentists with management of non-clinical staffing and human resources, finance and payroll administration, marketing, payor relations, supplies and capital equipment procurement, as well as information systems. With experience and dedicated support from professional management, dental offices are free to focus their attention on providing patient care.

Premier Dentist Partners offers practice owners an alternative to the traditional practice transition model. Our affiliation program offers practice owners the opportunity to partner with a highly collaborative and experienced DSO Team.

Job Summary

We are currently seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to join our high-growth and fast-paced DSO. We’re looking for the next member of our team to work alongside our CEO and C-suite team. This is a high visibility and dynamic position with opportunity for someone to quickly learn the inner workings of a multi-site health care business. You will provide high level administration support to our C-Suite team by coordinating and overseeing a variety of administrative projects. Our ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, demonstrates high learning agility, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO and C-suite, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing meeting materials
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain confidential administrative files, reports, correspondence, and documents
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO, ensuring timely follow-up and professional representation
  • Support office operations by coordinating facility needs, ordering office supplies, and assisting with vendor communications
  • Help organize company-wide meetings, leadership conferences, and board presentations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-3 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role, preferably supporting C-level leadership
  • Prior experience in healthcare, dental services, or professional services is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook) and general office equipment
  • Ability to exercise discretion, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate sound judgment
  • High quality standards and attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High degree of reliability
  • Positive, polished, and professional demeanor
  • Local to the greater Chicago area and able to work onsite 4 days per week

Work Conditions

  • Required to commute to the Downtown Chicago headquarters
  • Ability to maintain a full-time employment schedule of approximately 40 hours per week
  • Prolonged sitting and standing as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs
