Cornerstone Learning Center - East Memphis isa licensed childcare center seeking Lead Teachersto support:

INFANTS

To beQUALIFIEDfor this position, we require a high school diploma OR GED and the ability to pass all background checks. Aplusif you have previous childcare experience!

Required Shift:Monday - Friday, until 6pm

Compensation: $14 - $16per hour, based on education and experience

MainJob Responsibilities

• Assist the lead teacher with all aspectsof the classroomin a manner consistent with the philosophy and goals of the center.
• Implement activitiesthatencourage each child’s growth in the areas of emotion, social, cognitive, creative,and physical development.
• Take direction, accept constructive criticism,and feedback, and make improvements and changes as necessary for the betterment of the quality of the program.
• Createand maintain an environment that is clean and safe for all children.
• Establishing a professional level of rapport with each family to provide quality care for the children.
• Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running,and climbing stairs.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
